I can only agree with what other reviewers mentioned - professional, quick and knowledgeable. Timely and in details answered all my questions; arrived on time, replaced water heater and left the work are spotless. Highly recommend their services and would hire them again myself.

Talk about honesty—Tom went above and beyond. Instead of just trying to secure a visit, he really took the time to try and help me fix the issue on my own so I didn’t spend the night freezing. Genuine / principled behavior like his doesn’t go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate him for that. Tom if you read this, thank you.

Technicians showed up and gave a thorough and honest assessment. But never heard from the again about estimate for a very routine repair. I guess they don't want to work in minority neighborhoods. RESPONSE TO RESPONSE: This vendor is simply lying. The final agreement was that they were going to give me an estimate to replace two old shower faucet sets. They seem to have forgotten that there is a fair amount of paper trail in the form of text messages on this. Caveat emptor.

They came out, diagnosed, and gave a quote for the problem free-of-charge. We scheduled a time to fix, they came back, fixed it, and stuck to the quote. Exactly the experience I wanted.
